Terms of Service

Welcome to Honeybot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ai-honeybot.com and any related services, features or content (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use Honeybot. By accessing the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.
  2. Acceptance of terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Service immediately.
  3. Account responsibility. If you create an account you are responsible for safeguarding it and for all activity that happens under it.
  4. Accurate information. You agree to provide truthful information when interacting with our forms or sign-up flows.
  5. Use of AI companions. Our AI girlfriends are fictional virtual characters created by software. They do not represent real persons and any resemblance is coincidental.
  6. Adult content. Honeybot may contain suggestive or mature themes intended for adult audiences only.
  7. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory or fraudulent activities.
  8. Prohibited content. You will not submit content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, infringing, sexually exploitative of minors, or that violates the rights of any third party.
  9. No bypassing safeguards. You will not attempt to bypass technical safeguards, rate limits, security mechanisms or content filters.
  10. No automated access. You will not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service without our prior written consent.
  11. Intellectual property. All text, design, code, AI models, photos and other content on Honeybot are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
  12. Limited licence. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  13. User content. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Honeybot a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store and process it to operate the Service.
  14. Feedback. Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used freely without compensation or attribution.
  15. Subscriptions and payments. Paid features, if offered, are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.
  16. Free trials. Any free trial automatically converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  17. Taxes. Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
  18. Third-party services. The Service may rely on or link to third-party providers. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.
  19. Service availability. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  20. Updates. We may add, remove or change features at any time without prior notice.
  21. Disclaimers. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  22. No medical, legal or financial advice. Honeybot AI girlfriends are entertainment companions. Their messages are not professional advice and must not be relied on as such.
  23. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honeybot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  24. Indemnification. You agree to defend and indemnify Honeybot against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
  25. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.
  26. Effect of termination. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
  27. Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
  28. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Honeybot is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
  29. Dispute resolution. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
  30. Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in full force.
  31. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Honeybot regarding the Service.
  32. Changes to the Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
